The salesperson was knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions regarding the process of selling our house and buying a home from Owl Homes. They also arranged for us to view a property in the process of being constructed which helped us in deciding which type of property to buy.

It looks a lovely development. However there are no 3 bed detached and the 3 bed semi/terrace are next to H.A. I am looking for a downsize but there doesn’t appear to be a smaller property in the right position for us. Love the location. I’m not procedable I’m trying to find out what’s around.

Very good experience and we are very excited in our house buying process

We arrived for an appointment and met the lovely Stephanie. Although she was not too familiar with the site plan, (this was not her usual location), she was extremely polite, professional and friendly. We are very interested in the bungalows, but sadly realise there are only 3 on the site and it looks like there's just one left. We're booked for a further appointment tomorrow, Monday 15th, so hopefully, will learn a little more about the site and exact location of the remaining bungalow.

Great development and staff

Purchased an Owl homes house earl 2024. Great experience with Sheila in the sales office. Hand over and aftercare have been just what you expect after a major purchase. Site staff are all considerate and helpful as work continues to finish the development. Many thanks Nick and Denise
